From our first gig on 11/19/94 at Scruffy Murphys (last night of "Light Up Orlando") to September 1997 we played 126 shows, including Johnnys Rockin Bistro, Fairbanks Inn, Connie's Sports bar, The Bull and Bush, Full Sail Live, Cappaucinos, Scruffy Murphy's in Deland, all 3 locations of "The Mill, Erics Downtown, The White Wolf, The Junkyard, The Cave Bar, YMCA (longwood),The Indigo Room in Ft. Myers, Devaneys, Fat Tuesday, Sloppy Joes, & more.
We've listened to rednecks and bikers call us "pussies" and "shitty musicians". We've gotten in more than one unavoidable bar brawl and assorted confrontations. We've video taped bar goers having sex in the rest rooms on our breaks (heh, heh). We've played as few as only one song (Orlando Music Awards) to as many as 36 consecutive originals. We've had bar owners jip us out of our pay, we've ran up bar tabs that exceeded our pay (signed the check on the dash). We've had valuable equipment damaged (knocked over speakers falling on guitars, beer poured on effects pedals). We've had audience members hurl underpants at us as well as wet toilet paper. We've played long
sets for as few as 14 people and as many as 11,000. We think we've paid a few dues along the way and I think we're grateful for just about all of it.
