Wills Lockhaven Pub (fundraiser) - Thursday - Nov 9 - 00
We're giving away a skydiving excursion, dinners to great restaraunts, piercings and more. We're performing an acoustic set to raise money for our third rock video. Live shots from the video wil be filmed locally on a sound stage in late November.
Everyone who makes it to the Wills gig gets an invite to the shooting and afterparty.
The 3rd video will appear on our 4th album this Spring. We will also be showing our
first 2 videos at Wills on the big screen for those of you who have missed them.
Acoustic songs to be performed this night will include many tracks from our December 2000 release "Bleeding on the Guardrail". Many of these tracks haven't been performed onstage for over 4 years. Admission is $6. Opening the show JOSEPH MARTENS,

Beerfest! Citywalk PLaza Stage - Sunday - Nov 12-00
We did this last year and it was a total blast. This year entertainment includes Bughead, then Blue Meridian, then Joseph
Graye... then Jeff & Bubba from the Monsters of The Midday (I wonder if they'll sing "beer, beer, beer") heh, heh.

Blue Meridian and Vonra team up again after almost an entire year. Entertainment begins at 10:45 PM. As of now, the show is 21 and up with a $10 ticket at the door. Look for over an hour of music from each band. The Sapphire is located at 54 N. Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando.
Dantes - Friday, 9-1-00
Donovan goes acoustic for the 2nd "Daddy Likes Acoustic Mayhem". After the Sapphre show Donovan will head over to Dantes and take the stage around 1am. These shows are to benefit local charities. This month it's the "Center For independent Living in Winter Park". Admisson is a donation.

The band officially goes back to their Blue Colors and drops Raggedstar. The band is back at the Sapphire again for another wild weekend of original and inspired Rock n Roll. Only this time it's gonna be quite different. It's the dawning of a new and highly evolved era. Guitarist Greig David and Bassist Adam Sentz have officially joined the line-up and we've got some new material for you! Slack Season from Gainesville opens the show. It's 6 and $8. Eighteen and up. The Florida Music Festival. 10 or 12 of Florida's best bands including Cider, The Kill, Wellville, Flo & more. Performances begin around 7pm. Expect Blue Meridan to take the stage around 8:30 or 9pm. This is a whole lot of entertainment for a low cover charge. Come out and support us as we play for the record guys. I'm told the show is 18 and up. I hope I'm not mistaken.
Lost and Found Friday, 7-28-00
This joint is located on 17-92 in Longwood. We played there a long time ago whe it was called the "Cave Bar". This is a "Trackspotting 2000" party. Trackspotting is a CD that comes out annually and features all the best Central Florida bands. The new compilation features the Blue Meridian song "Month of Sundays". Everyone that shows up gets a FREE copy of the disc (a 14 dollar value for a $5 cover charge) and a Blue Meridian song not currently available on any album.

Blue Meridian Bus Friday, 6-16-00
On Friday June 16th, the full line up of Blue Meridian take their show down the coast to Vero Beach to play with Buck 32. The gig is at a joint called Bombay Louies. We urge you to join us for this rare opportunity at nearby out-of-town fun. GET ON THE BUS. The Blue Meridian Bus will take up to 50 fans (and a couple kegs of beer) down to Vero and return you safe and soundly to your car after the show. Why go downtown that night and drop $5 on parking, $1 to the homeless guy on the corner, $5 for admission and $4+ per drink when you can get a roundtrip bus ride, free beer on the bus, free admission to the club and 50 CENT drafts during the show for only $20 a head. The Saturday Night Acoustic gigs at Adobe Gillas have been a great deal of fun and very well received by The Blue Meridian regulars. Were else can you hear old BM tunes that haven't been publically performed for 3 or more years, alongside the odd Beatles or even Billy Bragg cover tune? . So far we've seen Donovan and Kevin play some spirited and unexpected sets in a rare acousitc and perty atmosphere. It's free and all ages. The music begins just after 10pm. Both shows are all ages. We've never been to the club. We're assuming it's free to get in. Blue Meridians next local show won't be until mid to late March. Join us if you can at Citywalk!
Friday 2/25 City Hall PLaza...6th Annual Street Painting Festival...Blue Meridian headlines the first night of the festival. Expect the guys to take the outdoor stage around 8pm. It's free, it's all ages, it's early. Kicking off the night will be our friends in "Cider", followed by "Umoja". The street party begins at 6pm. Expect street paiting artists, food and everything else you'd expect from a festival celebrating its 6th year.
