Dantes Music Hall   Saturday, January 11, 2003 ::::Cancelled:::: Dant'es has closed their doors.
Last January 11, Donovan Lyman played a 3 hour show with some of his Blue Meridian bandmates and other friends in celebration of his birthday. It was an unforgettable evening filled with random and unexpected songs spanning the artists' entire career. Many that had never been played publically in 5 years or more. Some had never seen the stage before. Notbale show moments included a couple of fans that actually sang LEAD vocal on some of the songs, Donovan doing a great job with the music and spontaneous wit fueld by birthday shots of Crown Royal and the night ended with more than 20 fans gathered onstage sharing in background vocal duties on the ever popular "Helly". If you're a fan of Donovan and Blue Meridian, this will be a "do not miss" performance. Come see the award winning songwriter doing what he does best.
This year we do it again. Hopefully better. Special guests Emily Stine and others TBA. All Ages. $5. Dantes is located on the corner of Kaley and S. Orange Ave in Orlando FL.
