The Broadway was once a top music venue and hosted many great names such as Dave Lacey and Corvettes, Robert Plant, Pop will eat itself and Mike Sanchez to name but a few. Most local musicians would have performed here at some point. In the early nineties the live music scene at The Broadway came to an end, only seeing the occasional band at private functions. Now in 2006 the live music scene at The Broadway is alive and kicking and hosting bands and artists from around the UK, Europe and the USA. |
