Blue Meridian frontman Donovan Lyman is nothing if not ambitious. His latest idea is a collaboration with Hops Restaurant in Winter Park to brew a Blue Meridian beer. Details are sketchy, but the name is likely to be "Blue Meridian Helly Bock."
The band's email newsletter describes the concoction as "a delicious autumn light amber with full body and more than 6 percent alcohol." Fans of the band, and drinkers, should stay tuned for details about its debut.
